1995 Jul	Company building completed at the present 1-3-5 Tomigaya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo location. New recording studio STAGE1 built.
2001 Dec	New digital component VTR editing room and 5.1ch recording studio STAGE2 built.
2003 Nov	New company facility constructed at 1-3-4 Tomigaya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo.
2004 Feb	New 6.1ch track down studio STAGE 3 built.
2004 Aug	New 5.1ch recording studio Shinjuku Satellite built.
2005 Aug	New office completed (BOF Hatagaya 3) at 1-10-7, Hatagaya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. New 5.1ch track down studio STAGE 5 and 5.1ch recording studio STAGE 6 built.
2010 Dec	Shinjuku Satellite closed; new 7.1ch recording studio STAGE G built.
2012 Sep	New office completed(BOF Sasaduka 5) at 1-52-18, Sasaduka, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo.
2014 Jul	All BOF1 studios reopened after renovation.
2017 Aug	New 5.1ch recording studio STAGE 4 built.
2019 Sep	Dolby Atmos Home track down studio STAGE5 reopened.
2022 Dec	Features an analog mixer studio STAGE G reopened.
