Company History

1984 January 81 Music Publishing Ltd. established (Japan Society for Rights of Authors, Composers and Publishers member)
1991 November Company name changes to 81 Music Publishing Ltd. and HALF H·P LTD.
1993 October HALF H·P LTD. joins Japan Audio Producers Association
1995 June HALF H·P LTD. reorganizes and changes company name to HALF H·P STUDIO Co., Ltd.
(joins Japan Post Production Association)
1995 July Company building completion at the present 1-3-5 Tomigaya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo location.
Three group companies start business in the same building.
Recording studio STAGE1 newly built.
2001 December Digital component VTR editing room newly built.
5.1ch recording studio 2 newly built.
2002 September Company website set up
2003 November New company facility constructed at 1-3-4 Tomigaya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo.
2004 February 6.1ch track down studio STAGE 3 newly built.
2004 August 5.1ch recording studio Shinjuku Satellite newly built.
2004 October Completion of Shinjuku Satellite with 5.1 surround mix capability.
2004 April New company office completed (BOF Hatagaya 3) in 1-10-7, Hatagaya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo.
2005 August 5.1ch track down studio STAGE 5 newly built.
5.1ch recording studio STAGE 6 newly built.
2010 December 7.1ch recording studio STAGE G newly built.
